    - Hot press forming process consists of forming at the elevated temperature (90℃) and rapid quenching which induces phase transformation and results in steel part greater than 1400MPa, tensile strength.
    - Heating → Forming / Quenching → Laser Trim → Shot Blasting

    HOT PRESS FORMING Products are characterized by :
    - Weight reduction by using thin amterials of high rensile strength.
    - Reduction of reinforcement parts due to high tensile strength.
    - Stengthened passenger safety against collistion force.

    HOT PRESS FORMING Applicable Products
    - TRB : Differentiate thickness depending on the importance of points, securing strength and vehicle lightweighting efficiently.
    - TWB : Differentiate thickness depending on the importance of points, and applicable to each material property individually. It protects passengers in case of a rollove or broadside collision.
    - Patch Work : Reduce working operations, and it reduces investment costs and part prices.
    - Soft Zone : Protects passengers in case of a rollover or broadside collision.
